On the evening of April 30th, the Leira team proudly joined one of Felgueiras’ most vibrant traditions — the Arruada de Bombos de São Pedro.
With drums in hand and smiles on our faces, we walked through the streets of our hometown, feeling the energy of the community and the heartbeat of a celebration that has long been part of the local identity. It was a moment of joy and unity that brought colleagues, friends, and even families together under the rhythm of tradition.
For us at Leira, being part of this arruada goes beyond participation — it’s about honouring our roots, sharing meaningful moments, and reinforcing the values we carry into our work every day: teamwork, dedication, and connection.
These moments outside the factory remind us of what makes us stronger as a team and as a company — people coming together, moving to the same rhythm.
